Who will you deal with?
Raquel Abbott is identified as a designer in the firm’s own design article, and the current contact page publishes her direct email address. Testimonials on the about page also repeatedly describe working with Raquel. The inspected pages do not clearly establish a current owner or director, or name a wider design team. Ask who would lead your project and whether additional designers or tradespeople would be involved.
