Our take
Evergreen Electrical offers solar panels, battery storage, electric vehicle charging and related electrical services. Its solar and battery installers in Brisbane publish a current team page with separate management, sales, technical and apprentice roles. Checked reviews frequently discuss installation organisation and communication. This is a multi person operation, so establish a single project contact and agree how design changes or later service requests will be handled.

Who will you deal with?
The current team page names Troy and Dan as managing directors and Andrew as operations general manager. It also lists renewable sales staff, administrators, technicians and apprentices. That structure means your first adviser may not be the electrician attending your home. Ask who will supervise the installation and how the management team will help if an issue needs escalation.
