Who will you deal with?
The checked own pages explain how staff manage installations and ongoing monitoring but do not provide a current named owner biography. Google reviews repeatedly mention Russ for advice, design choices and follow up. Those accounts identify a useful customer contact without establishing his title. Ask whether Russ will assess your project and which electrician will carry out and commission the installation.
