Our take
Nous is a Fortitude Valley creative and branding agency with website and digital work within its wider service mix. Its own resources discuss customer reviews and online purchasing, and its people page names creative, studio and performance leads. Google reviewers praise its design and account management. The brand led scope differs from a basic website build, so confirm development, hosting and future maintenance responsibilities explicitly. Compare web design providers across Brisbane using recent work and a written scope.

Who will you deal with?
Brian is named as managing director and partner on Nous’s own people page. The same page identifies creative, studio and performance media leadership, reflecting a broader agency team rather than a single website freelancer. Google reviewers describe a helpful account management team. Ask who will lead your brief, who will develop the website and which specialist will remain available for updates.
