Who will you deal with?
Karlaya's current about page identifies Jolene Kawak as founder and director, a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience. It describes an internal team but names only Jolene in the biography we checked. Older Google reviews name Theresa and Jolene under the TJ accounting identity. Do not assume Theresa is still your contact, ask who is currently handling new clients and who will deliver your regular advice.
