Our take
Cunningham Constructions QLD describes itself as a family owned firm of boutique builders serving Brisbane. Its residential services include renovations, extensions, custom homes, rebuilds and raising houses to build underneath, with additional experience on sloping or difficult sites. The company encourages involving a builder at concept stage so design, budget and practical constraints can be considered together. It offers project management from early planning and approvals through to completion and certification.

Who will you deal with?
Cunningham’s about page introduces ALEX, JOSH, LUCA, COOP and KAI as its team, without surnames or individual roles in the extracted text. It describes a family owned and run boutique company with extensive construction experience. Ask which team member will handle your initial consultation, coordinate the design and approvals, and supervise construction, rather than assuming a role from a first name alone.
