Our take
River City Constructions is a local builder serving Brisbane’s north and western suburbs. Its work ranges from kitchens and bathrooms to extensions, decks and verandahs, including character listed homes. The company says it coordinates planning, design, engineering and construction, with the same crew involved through to handover. It is worth considering if you want an existing home adapted to your household rather than starting with a standard new home design.

He worked with me on finalising an exact approach to the build and steered my ideas based on his expertise much needed as someone new to renovations. The “before” photo is hard…
Hi All. We recently had our bathroom and two toilets renovated by Tyron and his company River City Constructions in Arana Hills QLD. We were a bit worried prior to engaging his company to carry out the works we required because of a bad experience with a previous contractor. I must say we made the right choice with Tyron. He provided a breakdown of works to be carried out, a time line and guaranteed pricing. The…
Ty (builder/owner) is an absolute legend. Really kind, trustworthy and transparent. His project management skills are excellent. He made the process seamless. His staff are wonderful as well. I’ve never come across such tidy tradies. It was an absolute pleasure to have them around. They have built us a brand new deck (2025), as well as completely renovated our living/kitchen area (2026). Walls removed, floor plan…
