Our take
Essa Constructions combines home design and construction from its Chermside office, with services covering custom homes, rebuilds and difficult or sloping sites. Its documented process includes collaborative design workshops, itemised construction pricing and support from an interior designer. Among design focused builders in Brisbane, this makes it worth considering when you want the design and building stages coordinated together rather than commissioning a finished design before discussing construction costs.

Ali and his team at ESSA are the absolutely top level of professionalism! We have completed multiple projects for the team at ESSA and the level of communication, attention to detail, care factor is as good as you can ask for. Inside and out these houses do not miss a beat, they hire top quality contractors and do not skip corners to get projects over the line. I could not recommended another custom home builder…
