Our take
A1 offers purchase, commercial and handover inspections across southeast Queensland. Reviews describe detailed photographs and prompt reporting, with Adel frequently named as the inspector. The website also promotes automated reporting tools. Ask for a sample report and a clear explanation of who reviews the findings, rather than treating the use of software as evidence of inspection quality.

Who will you deal with?
The own site describes a team of inspectors, while its current reviews repeatedly name Adel for technical work and also mention Sherry in booking communication. Some biography copy on the website refers to other brands and locations, so we have not relied on it to identify a founder. Ask who owns the practice, who will attend your inspection and who will take responsibility for the final report.
