Our take
Action focuses on detailed purchase inspections and publishes extensive Brisbane suburb and building defect advice. Reviews distinguish the building and pest inspectors and praise onsite explanations. For Brisbane purchase building inspectors, that separation is worth discussing. Several reviewers describe paying more for the service, so compare the written scope and fee rather than assuming every inspection package is equivalent.

Who will you deal with?
Andrew Mackintosh is identified on Action's own site as its building inspector, with a substantial advice archive under his name. Reviews repeatedly mention Andrew for building findings, Ryan for pest assessment and Leisa for booking communication. Only Andrew's full name is supported by the leadership material we checked. Confirm whether Andrew and Ryan will attend together and who will answer questions about each part of the report.

Action Inspections is an independent company focused on client satisfaction. Andrew is a very friendly and approachable person and clearly explains all details of his inspection. He also identified many details we missed during our own inspection. In our opinion he is one of the very best inspectors around. Highly

He also followed up with us the next day and took an evening call to discuss some concerns in more detail. Worth the extra cost for the quality of the inspection and report. Andrew picked…
