Our take
Brisbane Building Reports combines purchase inspections with dilapidation and asbestos related reporting. Its own site identifies the associated local construction company, while reviews emphasise Chris's clear communication before and after delivery. When comparing Brisbane building report specialists, ask which testing or specialist reports are separate from the standard inspection and whether they need additional access or time.

Chris Prestridge is the director and experienced building inspector named on Brisbane Building Reports' own about page. It also identifies him as an active builder with the associated construction business. Reviews consistently mention Chris organising the inspection, delivering the report and answering questions. This appears to offer direct technical contact, but confirm which specialist tests he performs and whether other professionals are involved.
