Our take
Crossan's current homepage makes an important distinction: its issue specific building investigations are commissioned by owners and are not standard purchase inspections or buyer reliance reports. It assesses nominated concerns such as cracking, moisture and workmanship, alongside a renovation business. Reviews praise Stuart's explanations. Consider it for a defined building problem, not as a substitute for a full building and pest purchase report.

Who will you deal with?
The current own site invites clients to call Stuart for building investigations and describes a licensed builder's focused assessment service. Reviews consistently name Stuart for advice, investigations and building work, but we have not inferred a formal ownership title from the email address alone. You are likely to have direct contact with him. Confirm the scope and whether any specialist or invasive investigation is needed.

Stuart is a true professional. I spoke with him over the phone and he took the time to listen carefully, offering thoughtful and honest advice. Stuart exceeded my expectations as he was extremely thorough but was also able to clearly explain his findings to me in a way I could understand. He put no pressure on me to buy or not buy the house but I was able to make a very informed decision on whether…
