Our take
MLDG is a Springwood building design studio offering boutique Brisbane interior design within its projects. The optional service includes specifications, interior plans, colour selections, furniture layouts, textiles and site support, making it an integrated option for new homes and renovations. Several sampled reviewers praise the design process, while one reports serious design and build coordination problems. Clarify the design scope, the builder’s separate responsibilities and how construction issues will be handled before committing.
