Our take
Modern Concepts is a commercial interior design consultancy in Brisbane based in Gumdale, focused on offices and workplaces. Its services cover concept development, space planning, furniture and finishes, mood boards and interior design drawings. The studio links design decisions to how a business works and how staff use the space. This is a specialist workplace option, rather than a residential decorating service, with consultations offered by appointment.

Who will you deal with?
Principal interior designer Linda Swanepoel leads Modern Concepts. The current about page explicitly says each client deals directly with Linda, giving a clearer indication of the contact relationship than a generic team description. She develops the design around the client’s brand, goals and practical needs. The inspected pages do not identify other current interior designers, so ask how outside consultants and delivery partners would be involved.
