Our take
Affordable Computer Repairs and Service is a Coorparoo family business that handles both individual repairs and business technology support. Beyond workshop services, its managed IT offering includes proactive monitoring, verified backups, cybersecurity, IT audits and strategy consulting, with virtual CIO discussions described on the site. Its consulting side makes it one of the IT consultants in Brisbane's south east. It also lists cloud migrations and business communications services. The repair background may appeal to smaller firms needing practical help, but ask how ongoing consulting and managed support are staffed before choosing a package.

Who will you deal with?
Owner Mark Kotorac and technician David are named as the people providing repairs, upgrades and IT services. Mark’s wife Karen Thorogood handles marketing and may answer enquiries. The About page presents a small family operation rather than a call centre. For business managed services, ask who will act as your account manager and virtual CIO contact, since those roles are described on the service page without individual names.

Recent reviews from the firm's Google Business Profile.
We recently used Afffordable Computer Repairs to fix our gaming PC that stopped working. They were super thorough, spent the time to properly track down the problem, and made sure the system was completely stable once it was fixed. Communication was awesome the entire time. I highly
Emailed Mark about having a look at my computer for any viruses or malware. He called me promptly the next day and was able to look at it thoroughly. I was called to let me know what was going on and keep me in the loop. He was professional and knowledgeable about what to look for. Highly
We had Dave come to our business to set up three new laptops for our staff, too complicated for us to attempt. The task was easily completed by Dave in good time and with perfect execution. Great job
