Our take
ThatGermanGuy is a Toowong technology practice and Brisbane IT support provider combining computer and network support with WordPress websites, online shops and digital advertising. Its services cover both businesses and home users, with remote assistance and local visits around Brisbane's Inner West. The mix suits smaller organisations wanting one contact for everyday technology and their online presence. Published support rates make initial budgeting easier, though this is a broader digital generalist rather than a dedicated enterprise managed IT provider.

When that didn’t work and I ended up taking it in anyway he was still very helpful, gave me a call explaining what I needed to do! Very personable and as a bonus just seemed genuinely interested in the job he…
I had a unique need for data analysis. Ben was one of only a few people willing to take on the work. He investigated options and executed the work quickly, providing great value. I would not hesitate in connecting with him for any of my future IT and computer
