Our take
This Bracken Ridge business combines general pest and rodent services with carpet, commercial and other cleaning work. Its own blog is substantive, although much of the sampled review history concerns cleaning rather than pest treatment. That distinction matters when comparing providers. Ask for the named pest technician, relevant credentials and a pest specific scope. One sampled cleaning review raises a property damage dispute.

Who will you deal with?
The company website describes a locally owned cleaning and pest service but does not clearly identify the owner in the pages checked. Google reviewers frequently name Mat, sometimes written Matt, mainly in relation to carpet cleaning. We do not assume that he is the pest technician or owner. Ask who will carry out the pest work, what credentials they hold and who will handle any report or return visit.
