Who will you deal with?
John Herbert identifies himself as the owner and operator on the company website and describes a family background in pest control. Google reviewers repeatedly name John for inspections, advice and general treatments. This looks like a direct operator relationship rather than an anonymous booking platform. Ask whether John will attend your particular appointment and explain any access or pet requirements when you book.
