Who will you deal with?
Rapidkil describes a family run operation where the people answering enquiries are also the technicians carrying out the work. Reviewers repeatedly name Elie and describe explanations before treatment, prompt communication and help with termite barriers. The website does not provide a detailed current team roster. Confirm who will attend and whether the same technician will handle any inspection, treatment and later monitoring visits.
