Our take
OnTalent is a Brisbane based boutique offering executive search, recruitment and leadership support. Its own site describes female ownership and a local contact address. Positive reviews mention individual attention, but one reviewer reports an expected follow up never arriving. Agree on an update timetable and a named contact rather than relying on broad service promises.

Who will you deal with?
Deborah Wilson is identified on the own site as a principal and shareholder, with leadership and career advisory responsibilities. The business describes a wider professional team rather than a single recruiter. Reviews mention Peter, Chris and Suzanne, as well as Ash. Ask which consultant will lead your appointment and whether Deborah is involved in the recruitment or a separate leadership engagement.
