Our take
Woodforde combines recruitment with talent advisory and assessment services, with current contacts in Manly and the city. Reviews emphasise approachable consultants and interview preparation. Its website distinguishes placement from labour hire contracting entities. For Brisbane business support recruiters, it is worth clarifying both the assignment scope and the entity on the agreement.

Who will you deal with?
Amanda Woodforde is the founder and chief executive, with Sally Roper and Rhiannon Wilson listed in senior talent roles. The team page also identifies consultants including Robyn and Georgia, who appear repeatedly in reviews. You are likely to deal with a specialist consultant rather than Amanda on every assignment. Ask who will own your search and how assessment or advisory colleagues will contribute.
