Our take
Sapphire Recruitment is focused on accounting and finance roles, from qualified accountants through to senior finance leadership. Both founding directors publish direct mobile contacts. Reviews describe careful preparation and continued contact after placement. Its older cover letter article is still accessible, so inclusion reflects a genuine own blog rather than recent publishing frequency.

Who will you deal with?
Michael O’Connell and Richard Coomber are the founding directors, and both have detailed biographies and direct contact details on the own site. Michael brings an accounting background, while Richard describes a long career recruiting finance professionals. Reviews name both, with Michael appearing especially often. This is a director led specialist practice, so ask which of the two will handle your role or search.
