Our take
Bruin’s current website describes a family owned Wavell Heights team serving North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. It offers general pests, termite work, rodents and birds, with a substantial knowledgebase explaining treatment choices. For North Brisbane pest controllers, reviews highlight communication from Cody, Tom and Dylan. Confirm which team member will attend and whether your quote includes monitoring or return visits.

Who will you deal with?
Bruin describes a local family team rather than a franchise or call centre. The own site names a local team and displays customer accounts, while current Google reviewers mention Cody and Tom onsite and Dylan arranging a visit. We do not assume that an older review’s inspector will handle a new booking. Ask who is assigned to your property and which person will explain the written findings and later treatment options.
