Our take
Environmental Pest Control offers termite inspections and treatments alongside general pest work from Carindale. Its owner letter names Luke Tomkins, and the older own blog includes substantive advice about finding termites. Reviews consistently praise Luke’s investigations and explanations. This is a small local option rather than a combined building inspection service. Ask for a written scope and treatment recommendations tailored to your property.

Who will you deal with?
Luke Tomkins identifies himself on the website as the owner and manager of Environmental Pest Control. Google reviewers consistently name Luke for inspections, detailed advice and ongoing pest services, including work before a property purchase. The business presents a direct local contact rather than a large branch network. Ask whether Luke will carry out your inspection and how the findings and any proposed treatment will be documented.
