Who will you deal with?
Steve writes the company’s pest advice under his own name and refers to the business as his own in an article. Google reviewers also name Steve for treatments and practical prevention advice. The site describes a local family operation rather than publishing a large team roster. Ask who will attend your property and make sure any second appointment, guarantee and contact arrangements are clearly recorded when booking.

Had a great experience with Steve from Logan Pest Control. He provided a Great, prompt service and is clearly knowledgeable in his profession. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone for their pest control
Steve was great. Price is low/mid range spayed around the outside to prevent bug entry, inside and the roof space. Knowledgeable about the products he uses. Small honest businessman who will honour guarantees and won't skip
Steve did a great job at our property helping us with a rat infestation in our roof. He set up traps and gave us lots of information on how to prevent this from happening again. He was very helpful, professional, punctual and easy to deal with. You can tell he likes his job and cares about his customers. Highly
