Our take
McKenna is a family business with a Seventeen Mile Rocks office offering termite inspections, prevention, treatments and general pest work. Its education articles discuss local seasonal pest issues. Reviews praise explanations and office coordination, making it relevant to households comparing Brisbane pest inspection services. Ask how the inspection, any treatment and future monitoring will be quoted separately.

Who will you deal with?
McKenna describes itself as a second generation family company, with office support and onsite technicians rather than a single named operator. Google reviewers mention Tim and Matt for inspections and explanations, and praise the customer service team for arranging appointments. The current pages checked do not clearly identify the business owner. Ask which technician will attend and who will coordinate any quotation, report and later monitoring program.
