Our take

Slug A Bug provides household, commercial and termite services across Brisbane and the Gold Coast from its South Brisbane contact base. Its blog contains substantial prevention articles and the site offers online bookings. For Brisbane pest control teams, it has a larger review history than many smaller operators here. Positive reviews praise explanations, but one sampled review raises communication and service concerns. Confirm your assigned technician and warranty scope.

Who will you deal with?

The company describes itself as a family operated pest business with a team of technicians. Recent Google reviews name Noah most often in our sample, with Jordan also mentioned for onsite work and explanations. The current about page does not clearly identify a named owner, so we do not assign one here. Ask which technician is attending and who will manage reports, follow up bookings and any service concerns.

We booked a termite inspection and general pest management, which included a detailed termite report, pest inspection,…
