Our take
Swarm is a Camira pest business whose site names Cathleen and Craig as its working owners. It offers general pest treatments and termite services, and retains genuine older advice articles. Reviewers repeatedly praise Cathy for approachable, efficient annual visits. It is worth comparing for Brisbane local pest management where a direct relationship matters. Check treatment coverage and any separate termite inspection requirements.

Who will you deal with?
Cathleen and Craig are identified on Swarm’s own website as owners who are both qualified pest control technicians. The site says there is a good chance one of them will attend personally. Google reviewers commonly use the name Cathy and also mention Craig. This suggests a small working owner team, not a guaranteed assignment. Confirm your attending technician and the arrangements for future inspections or any return treatment.

We initially went with a larger and "reputable" pest control company. Needless to say that they were horrific. We gave Swarm a go and found both Cathy and Craig to be amazing from start to finish. Thanks for the great quality service, kind and respectful personality, and amazing all around operation you have going! Keep it
