Our take
Appoint recruits across engineering, technology and business services from Fortitude Valley. Its own team page identifies directors and specialist consultants, while reviews repeatedly mention support during placements and transitions into permanent work. Its articles address workplace issues such as hot desking. Compare the relevant team and employment arrangement rather than assuming every role receives the same service.

Who will you deal with?
Jackie Rahilly and Kim Coghill are the directors listed on the own team page. Sami Basha is operations manager, with other named consultants and support staff covering specialist markets. Reviewers frequently mention Tiara and Sami. You are likely to work with a consultant and coordinator as well as management, so ask who will handle your brief and ongoing worker support.
